Please read the following terms carefully before using this App. By using this App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Scope of licence

This application (“the App”) is developed and provided by heretcm-source. Under these terms, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Health-information disclaimer

⚠️ Important notice:

All content in this App (including constitution assessment, face-diagnosis analysis, tongue-diagnosis analysis, pulse-diagnosis analysis, wellness advice, acupoint information, soups and food therapy, etc.) is provided based on traditional TCM wellness theory. It is for personal health reference only and does not constitute any form of medical diagnosis, treatment plan or prescription, nor is it a regulated medical device or medical service.

This App cannot replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have any health concerns, symptoms or conditions, please consult a qualified TCM practitioner, physician or other medical professional.

3. Subscription services

The App offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:

Monthly subscription: renews automatically each month; the exact price is shown in the App Store
Yearly subscription: renews automatically each year; the exact price is shown in the App Store
Lifetime: a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID / iTunes account and renew automatically 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel anytime in iPhone “Settings” → Apple ID → “Subscriptions”.

After cancelling, you can continue to use Pro features until the end of the current billing period.

4. Face-diagnosis feature notes

By using the face-diagnosis feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

Local processing: the facial photo you take is analysed on your device (Canvas API colour sampling + MediaPipe landmark detection) and is not uploaded to any server
Accuracy limits: face-diagnosis results are based on colour heuristics and are affected by lighting, angle, make-up, glasses and other factors; the results are for wellness reference only and accuracy is not guaranteed
Not a medical tool: face-diagnosis analysis cannot replace a TCM practitioner’s inspection diagnosis; if you have health concerns, please consult a professional
Voluntary use: face diagnosis is an optional feature; not using it does not affect your other constitution-assessment results

5. Privacy and data

All personal data in this App (assessment results, habit logs, face- and tongue-diagnosis analysis results, etc.) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile or crack the App
Resell or sub-licence the App for commercial purposes
Use the App to provide false health information or diagnostic services

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App’s developer is not liable for any health harm, loss or adverse outcome arising from use of the information in this App. The App is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties.

8. Amendments to the terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
